Not customer friendly at all. I came with my daughter at 13:00, paid the tax and 40 minutes later they told us to leave before 14:00 because they have to colse since they don't have enough employees. Why is that info not available when entering the location? They advertise being open until 20:00 but it is not true. Bad management and bad customer relations, we will never return here.

Visiting the spring bath with small children is slowly no longer possible.
The water and room temperature are very low so that adults also freeze. Leaking and frozen windows from the inside. Showers that haven't worked or not worked at all for weeks/months.
The small baby pool has been broken for a long time. The small children's practice pool has been broken for some time because the heating failed.
It's really a shame and sad that the swimming pool is in such a condition.
Hello everyone, the bathroom is really good and functional, the staff is very nice. The only thing that really annoys me is that I've repeatedly gone there for free, including today. According to the website, it's open until 9 p.m. and the notice on the front door is only open until 6 p.m. Annoying when you're there at 5:50 p.m.... and with these fuel prices! So keep the website up to date!!!!!
Completely sufficient if you want to swim a few lengths, it doesn't always have to be a large pool with lots of extras. Price performance is great.

You just want to surprise your child with a visit to the swimming pool and visit your swimming pool for the very first time - and then you are sent away - because the employees at the temporary checkout cannot accept a €50 note?!? Hello? What year are we living in? You also had to look in vain for the cash register because the pay machine at the front entrance was broken. The water is at a pleasant temperature, despite the energy crisis. Unfortunately, it also contains a lot of chlorine, so there may be no other option. The price-performance ratio is very good; entry is affordable, even if you go swimming several times a week. What I also really like is the sports offering. Water aerobics and aqua jogging are free on Wednesdays and Fridays and are carried out by trained lifeguards. Not available in other swimming pools, so thumbs up!👍
